Roxanne M. Cohen currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at the Peninsula Jewish Community Center, where responsibilities include enhancing the culture of philanthropy and maximizing donations to support mission-driven programs. Previously, Roxanne held various significant roles at the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties, including Managing Director of Community Impact, where impactful strategies were developed to promote justice and community resilience. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Program Officer and Senior Philanthropic Advisor at the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund, and Director of Development at the Peninsula Jewish Community Center. Educational credentials include an MSW in Social Work from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, complemented by a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
