Silas Gimbel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process management and project management. Currently serving as the Business Process & Transformation Manager at ²õ³¦³ó±ô±ð¾±³¦³ó® since October 2021, Silas has previously held roles as a Project Manager and Business Process Manager at FFG Europe & Americas, where tenure lasted from October 2019 to September 2021. Prior experience also includes an Industrial Engineer position at Weber Shaping Ideas, focusing on quality management and technical sales from July 2016 to August 2019. Silas holds a Master of Science in International Management from Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship and an MBA in Corporate Management from Universidade Vila Velha. Additionally, a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering was earned at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
