Brian Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Brian started their career at Huffy Sports as a Sample & Display Technician from September 1997 to May 1999. Brian then joined Fastsigns as a Service/Sales/Design employee from March 1999 to June 2001. Brian's next role was at Learning Resources, where they worked from September 2001 to October 2009. During this time, they held various positions, including Quality Control Project Manager and Early Childhood Product Manager. In 2009, they became the Director of Quality and Compliance at Learning Resources, a position they continue to hold.

Brian Schmidt received their General degree with a business/marketing specialty from Hamilton High School in 1991. Brian then went on to attend Concordia University-Wisconsin from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
