Adrian Staufer has held various roles throughout their career. Adrian began their work experience in 1998 as a Vice President at Siemens Building Technologies, where they stayed until 2011. In 2011, they joined Schindler as the Vice President of New Business Development.

Adrian Staufer obtained their PhD in Industrial Engineering & Management from ETH Zürich, studying from 1988 to 1998.
