Wojciech Iskra is a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager at Schibsted Tech Polska since May 2013, with a diverse background in leadership roles, including Engineering Manager and Team Leader, managing teams of 6-20 developers while actively participating in software development and influencing key technical decisions. Wojciech started as a Software Engineer, contributing to a team that received 'Project of the year' and 'Innovation of the year' accolades in 2013. Prior to Schibsted, Wojciech held various development positions at companies such as ADWEB, SoInteractive, NutriCon, BLUE ANGELS, and MKI.pl, accumulating significant experience in web and mobile development. Wojciech holds a Master's degree in Economics from Krakow University of Economics, completed in 2008.
