Sarah Watremet is currently an Associate iOS Engineer at Back Market since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a People Partner for the Bureau of Technology at Back Market, where Sarah was responsible for HR-related topics and was the main HR point of contact for a team that grew from 70 to 170+ members in a year and a half. Before their time at Back Market, Sarah was an HR Business Partner at Ubisoft for IT teams in France. Sarah has a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and training programs. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from KEDGE Business School and is currently pursuing a degree in Software Development at Ada Tech School.
