Yaxiang Yuan has over 19 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the China HR Manager at Schaffner Group since October 2018. Prior to this role, Yaxiang worked as an HR Business Partner at Sandvik from February 2013 to October 2018, focusing on HR strategy, organizational restructuring, and talent development across Greater China and Southeast Asia. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Lead for M+W Group from July 2004 to February 2013, where Yaxiang was responsible for comprehensive HR functions in the China region. Yaxiang holds an MBA from BI-Fudan University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2000-2004).
