Thomas Mock is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Valve Train Systems and Phasing Systems at Schaeffler since May 2013. In this role, Thomas Mock oversees profitability improvement strategies, manages a workforce of 200 employees, and has global responsibilities for segments across North America, Mexico, Romania, India, China, and Korea. Prior to Schaeffler, Thomas Mock held various positions at TRW from October 1999 to April 2013, including Plant Manager in Aschaffenburg, Germany, and Acting Plant Manager in Pune, India, with a focus on steering wheel systems. Thomas Mock began professional development as a Management Trainee at MAHLE from July 1997 to September 1999. Thomas Mock earned a degree from the University of Stuttgart between 1991 and 1996.
