Els De Ridder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Operations Manager at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars since July 2016, Els oversees sales operations across Europe, the UK, and Central Asia. Previous roles at Rolls-Royce include Change Manager for exterior models and Liaison Manager for the launch of the new Ghost. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Els worked at BMW Group from January 1999 to June 2016 in various capacities, including Production Quality Manager for the launch of the 8 Series, Development Manager for non-metal structural chassis parts, and Project Manager for global supplier qualifications and warranty topics. Els's career began at Porsche as a test engineer. Educationally, Els holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology at Sint-Katelijne-Waver.
