Matthias Hafner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and digitalization, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Schaeffler since August 2012. In this role, Matthias leads a dynamic team focused on various aspects including sales, marketing, project management, customer service, and IT infrastructure. Previously, Matthias held multiple positions at Schaeffler Digital Solutions GmbH, including Head of Sales & Marketing and Chief Digitalization Officer for Greater China, where responsibilities included defining digital strategies and developing a digital ecosystem. Matthias also has experience from Robert Bosch GmbH as a Consultant for Driver Assistance Systems and has a strong educational background with a Diplom in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt.
