Karianne Kristiansen currently serves as Senior Vice President of People & Organization at Scatec ASA since June 2023. Prior to this role, Karianne held the position of People & Organization Director at Aker Horizons from December 2020 to June 2023. Karianne's career includes significant experience at Aker Solutions, where roles included Senior Vice President, Vice President of Human Resources, and HR Business Partner from October 2012 to December 2020. Earlier experience comprises serving as a Leadership & Talent Consultant at Prudential UK & Europe from February 2007 to August 2012 and HR Manager at Phones Direct UK from January 2006 to February 2007. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA Honours in Tourism & Human Resource Studies from London Metropolitan University.
