Jay Fowler, CISA, CRISC, has been with The Scarlett Group since June 2006, serving in various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, President & COO, and DVP Assessments and Compliance since 2011. As an original member of The Scarlett Group, Jay Fowler played a crucial role in establishing the company's foundational principles and technical tools after prior experience as COO of a major telecommunications firm in Northeast Florida. Jay Fowler’s extensive background also includes positions as COO at Area Communications Company and VP of Operations at Stellar Health Products, as well as early roles in materials management and operations management. Jay Fowler holds a degree in Information Systems Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
