Stephanie Siska has worked in various roles since 1995. Stephanie began their career as a Sales Representative at Telecom New Zealand in 1995. In 1998, they moved to Iowa State University, where they worked in International Student Services. In 2001, Stephanie began working at DuPage County as the DuPage Convalescent Center. Finally, in 2008, they became President and Co-Founder at IdeaNova Technologies, a role they held until becoming President in the same company.

Stephanie Siska earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Iowa State University in 1993. Stephanie then returned to Iowa State University and obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Communication and Linguistics in 2001.
