Claus Meggers has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Most recently, Claus worked at ScaleHub as the Head of Global Customer Success, where they played a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Prior to that, Claus served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at ScaleHub, where they contributed to improving the company's OCR technology.

Before joining ScaleHub, Claus worked at ABBYY as a Senior Solution Manager, where they focused on improving customer onboarding and engagement. Claus worked closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

At foxray AG, Claus held the position of Senior Sales Engineer Multichannel Process Automation, where they provided technical/project consultancy and engaged with strategic partners and customers. Claus also served as an Account Manager for Capture Solutions at foxray AG.

Claus Meggers completed their vocational education and training on electronics at the German Navy from 1986 to 1989, earning a Technician on Electronics degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Claus then pursued further education at Hochschule Trier from 1991 to 1995, earning a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Diploma Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Automation Technology.
