KyoungAh Nam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Most recently, they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Liftoff Mobile starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Coupang as a Senior Sales Representative from March 2019 to November 2019, where they conducted sales pitches, analyzed performance, and optimized campaigns. Before joining Coupang, KyoungAh Nam was an Account Manager, Ad Sales at Tapjoy from November 2016 to March 2019, where they built relationships with game publishers, increased campaign sales volumes, and improved overall efficiency by working with third-party tracking tool companies. They also held the position of Account Manager, Marketing at LG Electronics from July 2010 to July 2015, where they were responsible for building an online strategy, developing a media plan, and monitoring the impact and effects of products.

KyoungAh Nam attended Seoul National University from the year 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media.
