Arkadiusz Kaczyński is a skilled software professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Scalac since February 2014, Arkadiusz leads teams, designs tech solutions, and mentors junior staff while also engaging in hands-on development within Scala's ecosystem. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Software Consultant at Sgrouples, where Arkadiusz developed desktop and Android applications, and as a Junior Software Engineer at Lufthansa Systems Poland, focusing on test case preparation and customer interaction. Arkadiusz holds an Engineer's degree in Informatics from Gdańsk University of Technology and furthered education at the University of Gdansk.
