Sergey Aldonin is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Sberbank-Technology since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sergey was the Head of Infrastructure and Internal Support at Cloud.ru (formerly SberCloud) from March 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included team transformation to Infrastructure as Code practices and implementation of SRE principles. Sergey’s earlier experience includes leading private cloud operations at MTS Group and managing IoT infrastructure projects, as well as holding the position of Technical Team Lead at Moscow City Telephone Network. Sergey began a career in telecommunications as a Network Engineer at MTS Group, following a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
