Zorana Protic has over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Zorana most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Savencia Group, Mlekoprodukt. Prior to this, they were the Director of People Management at TeleSign, where they partnered with business leaders to drive key initiatives and championed company culture. Zorana also has experience as an HR Manager at Bambi a.d., where they provided guidance on HR policies, managed talent and leadership development, and supported restructuring efforts. Earlier in their career, they held HR roles at Zekstra Group, Eurobank EFG, and Adecco.
Zorana Protic has a diverse education history. In 2005, they graduated from the University of Belgrade with a degree in Psychology. Zorana continued their education at the same university, completing a Master of Science degree in Psychology from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, in 2004, they received a degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Training. Zorana also received specialized training in Human Resources, Job Analysis, Motivation, and Changes in Modern Business from the Centre for Specialized Psychology in Belgrade in 2005. Zorana further honed their skills in Negotiation and Project Running with training from the National Democratic Institute in 2003. Zorana expanded their knowledge by completing the Adizes Advanced Leadership Program from the ASEE, Adizes Institute from 2014 to 2016. Zorana obtained a coaching certification from Erickson Coaching International in 2017, specializing in the art and science of coaching. Zorana further enhanced their expertise in 2021 and 2022 by pursuing a degree in Management & Excellence Executive from HEC Paris. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2016.
