Laura Skotnicki serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Save the Family Foundation of Arizona, where tenure began in 2002 and advanced through multiple promotions since 2009. In this role, Laura leads initiatives aimed at alleviating poverty, combating homelessness, and facilitating client self-sufficiency through comprehensive wrap-around services. Previous positions include Director of Administrative Services and Research & Information Analyst, where Laura focused on program assessment and best practices, particularly in neighborhood stabilization, homeless prevention, and rapid rehousing during economic challenges. Earlier experience as Director of Case Management involved overseeing services for approximately 300 households annually and managing a team to implement treatment plans and provide essential resources. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Child Development from Arizona State University and a Master of Counseling in Community Health Services from the University of Phoenix.
