Mireille Van de Velde has extensive experience in banking and management, having worked at Belfius since August 1988, where roles included Assistant Private, Business & Retail in the Corporate and Public & Social sectors, as well as Premium Service Officer for Public & Wholesale Banking, with a focus on problem-solving for premium clients. Mireille also served as Project Assistant in the Specialised Finance-Real Estate department, managing administrative tasks and project oversight for public construction projects throughout their phases. Between 1999 and June 2021, Mireille was the Business Manager and Chairperson at Dansstudio Swing VZW, overseeing daily operations, budget planning, member administration, and event organization. Prior experience includes administrative support for public clientele at Dexia from 1987 to 1998. Mireille holds a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and completed adult education in Daily Cooking at CVO in 2021.
