Tyler Ford's work experience started in 2019 as a Retail Specialist at Academy Sports + Outdoors. In 2019, they also worked as a Urethane Molding Operator at Whitefield Plastics Co. In 2020, they served as a Project Engineer Intern at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, gaining exposure to the construction industry as a whole. From May to August 2021, Tyler worked as a Field Engineer Intern at the same company. Currently, they are working as a Field Engineer at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction since April 2022.

Tyler Ford has a diverse education history. Tyler obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from Sam Houston State University, where they studied from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, in 2019, Tyler briefly attended Lone Star College, also pursuing a BS degree in Construction Management. In 2018, they attended The University of Alabama, aiming for a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tyler completed their high school education at New Oak Ridge High School, receiving a High School Diploma in General Studies from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Tyler has obtained several certifications. Tyler became OSHA 30 Hour Certified through the OSHA Safety Training Institute in March 2022. Furthermore, they achieved Procore certifications as a Project Manager in Core Tools, Project Management, and Quality & Safety from Procore Technologies in June 2020.
