Bill Hoffman has extensive experience in the field of information technology and network services, currently serving as Principal Account Manager and Product Manager for Network and Cyber Services at Satcom Direct since September 2010. Bill's responsibilities include designing and implementing a global MPLS network for multiple satellite network aviation customers and developing Satcom Direct's core network infrastructure in Europe. Prior to Satcom Direct, Bill held various roles at CUNA Mutual Group over a 14-year period, including Director of IT Development, Security and Compliance, and Network Operations Senior Analyst with a focus on IT security and remote connectivity. Bill's early career included positions at Advertisers Press Inc. as a Programmer Analyst and Network Administrator. Bill holds a degree in Management Information Systems/Programmer Analyst from Madison Area Technical College, with additional studies at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and ongoing education at Madison Area Technical College.
