Craig Henry has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Craig started their career at Digicel Group in 2002 as a Network Systems & Support Engineer and later held positions such as Senior VANS Engineer, Prepaid Manager, Head of Value Added Services (Jamaica), and Value Added Network Services (VANS) Manager. In these roles, they focused on optimizing performance, ensuring system availability, and managing projects across multiple markets. Craig then joined Sandvine in 2018 and worked their way up from Technical Support Engineer to Senior Technical Support Engineer and currently holds the position of Principal Technical Support Engineer.

Craig Henry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus in 2000. Craig then pursued a Master of Science degree in Communication Systems at the same university from 2000 to 2002. In 2005 to 2007, Craig attended Florida International University, where they obtained an MBA in International Executive Masters in Business Administration.
