Theresa Barber is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resource functions across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of HR People Systems and Analytics at SAS since February 2008, Theresa Barber leads the digital transformation of HR enterprise solutions, overseeing a team of business analysts and global HR data architecture. Previously, as Manager of Human Resources Business Partners at SAS, Theresa Barber provided leadership in key HR areas for a global marketing business unit. Prior experience includes managing HR activities for a global R&D staff at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and working as a Technical Recruiter at PS Datapro. Theresa Barber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
