Ed Sinclair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and government operations. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at SAS since May 2022, Ed partners with state and local government leaders to enhance organizational performance through data-informed decision-making. Prior to this role, Ed held the position of Director of Business Operations at Texas Health and Human Services from April 2016 to May 2022, overseeing approximately $1.4 billion in funding for mental health and developmental disability services. Earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst at the Legislative Budget Board from August 2006 to April 2016, where Ed focused on research analysis related to criminal and juvenile justice in Texas. Ed holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology from Texas State University, completing education between 2003 and 2015.
