Ian Warford has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ian began their career at UBS Investment Bank as an Assistant Director in 1992 before moving to Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, where they served as the Global head of e-commerce. In 1999, they joined webMethods as VP Securities & Capital Markets, a role they held until 2005. Warford then joined Microsoft as Director Securities & Capital Markets, where they worked until 2010. Ian then transitioned to Deutsche Bank as the Director Client and Channel Solutions until 2015. In 2016, they became the CEO of Navarik until 2019. Warford's next role was as CEO of activAeon, which they held from 2015. In 2019, they became the CEO of Prudential Wealth Management Singapore. Additionally, in 2020, they held the position of Chief Information Technology Officer at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore until 2022.
Ian Warford obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Swansea University from 1986 to 1989. Ian then pursued their PhD in Electrical Engineering at Aston University from 1989 to 1992.
