Victor Hugo Oliva Monje has extensive experience in innovation management and research and development. Currently serving as an Open Innovation Management Consultant at Grupo São Martinho since September 2011 and as Director at VHM Consulting Co, which focuses on introducing the "Open Innovation" concept to companies, Victor has cultivated a strong background in R&D through a longstanding career at The Dow Chemical Company, where roles included Associate R&D Director, R&D Manager, and New Business Development Specialist, among others, from 1976 to July 2011. Victor holds a degree in Chemistry from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and advanced knowledge in Innovation Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
