Paulina Martinez currently serves as General Counsel and President of the Compliance Unit at Santillana Latinoamérica since May 2023. Prior to this role, Paulina held positions including Head of Legal Compliance at MEG and Associate at FABARA & COMPAÑÍA ABOGADOS, where Paulina acted as in-house counsel for a corporate group with an international presence. Additional experience includes in-house legal counsel for LATAM Airlines and various legal roles at Andersen Tax & Legal, Deloitte, and Pérez Bustamante & Ponce. Paulina's educational background includes ongoing studies in Legal Tech & Data Protection and e-commerce, along with a postgraduate degree in Compliance & Anti-corruption from Universidad de los Hemisferios.
