Samantha Annis, ICAE, has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Samantha began their career in 1999 at Brunswick Corporation / Brunswick Zone, where they held various roles including Account Analyst, Manager on Duty, and Bookkeeper. In 2006, they transitioned to Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. as a Corporate Accounting Supervisor, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, Samantha joined Santa's Village Azoosment & Water Park, starting as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and subsequently becoming the Chief Operating Officer in 2015.

Samantha Annis, ICAE pursued their vocational education in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from Elgin Community College from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Harry D Jacobs High School from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Samantha has obtained several certifications including Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) from the National Recreation and Park Association, Certified Pool Operator Certificate from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, Emergency Medical Services from Elgin Community College, Food Safety Manager Certification (FSMC) from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive from the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), and Lifeguard & Water Safety Training from IAM StarGuard Elite.
