Oliver Franks has extensive experience in the banking industry, having worked at Santander Bank, N.A. as a Bill Payments Product Partner from September 2006 to April 2014. During this role, Oliver focused on managing a portfolio of Private and Public Sector customers, identifying market opportunities, and successfully bidding for additional banking services. Oliver then moved on to Santander UK, where Oliver currently holds the positions of Head of Card Growth and Director Merchant Acquiring. In these roles, Oliver continues to enhance sales and income through strategic customer-centric channel plans and manages the bank's relationships with third-party suppliers.
