Rajib Kar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk modeling and data analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Modeling at Santander Bank, N.A. since June 2016, Rajib has effectively developed and automated frameworks for model performance monitoring in Commercial Credit. Previous roles include Data Scientist at Rang Technologies Inc. and a Consultant in SAS Analytics at UBS. Rajib's earlier career includes significant positions as a Consultant/Manager in BI & Analytics at Infosys, collaborating with major financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank and American Express. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, along with a Bachelor of Engineering from Jadavpur University.
