Their work involved designing and delivering solutions for strategic projects, integrating various applications and technologies, and migrating legacy systems to packaged solutions. Johan's career also includes positions at Discovery Holdings, Unisys, and the Department of Correctional Services.

Johan Etsebeth completed an Executive Leadership Development program at GIBS Business School in 2018-2019 and a Management program at the University of Pretoria in 2009. Johan also obtained various additional certifications from different institutions, mainly focusing on leadership, management, and technical skills.
