Frédéric Décaillet has worked as a Principal Oracle Database Administrator at Assura since December 2020. Prior to that, they were the IS Performance Lead at Nestlé from January 2016 to December 2020. Frédéric also held various roles at Nestlé Nespresso, including IS Performance Manager from May 2014 to December 2015, and Oracle DBA & Project Manager from April 2008 to April 2014. Before joining Nestlé Nespresso, they worked as a Software Developer at CAI SA from October 2003 to April 2008. Frédéric started their career as an Engineer at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from April 2000 to April 2003.

Frédéric Décaillet received their Diplôme d'ingénieur in Physique from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 1994 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as leadership, thought leadership, database management, strategic thinking, and IT service management. Some of these certifications include ITIL® Foundation and Practitioner certificates in IT Service Management, as well as certifications in cloud solution architecture and blockchain technology.
