Ricardo Lalaguna has over 20 years of work experience in various technology management roles. Ricardo is currently serving as the Head of Technology Architecture at Santalucía Seguros since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Everis as a Senior Manager from April 2018 to March 2019, and as a Manager from July 2015 to March 2018. Before joining Everis, they worked at Capgemini as a Manager from January 2004 to June 2015. Ricardo also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at Azertia from January 2003 to January 2004 and at Kristina IBS (Iberdrola) from July 2000 to December 2002. Their early career includes roles at Kristina Internet Business Solutions (Azertia Consulting) as a Senior Consultant, and at Tecnocom as an Analyst and Senior Programmer. Additionally, they briefly worked as a System Architect at Eutilia, where they designed and implemented IS&T architecture for a utilities marketplace.

Ricardo Lalaguna attended Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Telecommunications (EUITT). Ricardo has also obtained additional certifications in Integrated Architecture Framework from Capgemini in 2014 and TOGAF 9 Foundation from The Open Group in 2010.
