Eric Dubuis currently serves as the Directeur du Pôle Juridique, Patrimonial et Fiscal at Cerfrance Côtes d'Armor since February 2021, overseeing legal, patrimonial, and fiscal matters for an organization that supports 10,000 businesses across the region. Previously, Eric held the position of VP Legal & Insurance at Bourbon from April 2014 to November 2018, where responsibilities included managing legal affairs for a company prominently involved in maritime services worldwide. Eric's extensive legal background includes a tenure at Sodexo from 1996 to 2014, progressing through various roles including Directeur Juridique Europe and Responsable juridique, focusing on contract policy, legal harmonization, and supporting operational filiales. Early career experiences include working as a juriste at McDonald's France and as a legal intern at a law firm. Eric holds a DJCE and a Master's degree in business law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
