Linh Nguyen has a strong background in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Customer Success Account Manager at Sansan Global PTE. LTD. since May 2022, after holding the position of Customer Success Executive. Previous experience includes roles at BMC Software as a Customer Care Agent II, and at TDCX as a Client Services Associate. Linh began a career in media as a Production Assistant at YAN TV, involved in producing the reality show "360 Hanoi," and contributed as a writer for Vietnam Student Weekly, focusing on education and cultural insights for high school students. Linh holds a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies from Sophia University and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University.
