Bartosz Poznerowicz is a Compensation Consultant at SANDS Partners since June 2022, previously holding various finance roles at HP from July 2017 to June 2022. Bartosz's tenure at HP included positions as WW OPEX FP&A and PPS EMEA Expense Financial Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed implementing business intelligence tools, maintaining OPEX allocation models, and managing finance processes related to month-end close and forecasting. Bartosz also contributed to new financial system testing and provided analytical support for complex business issues. Academic qualifications include a Magister (Mgr) in Analityka Gospodarcza and a Licencjat (Lic.) in Analityka Gospodarcza from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, attained between 2014 and 2019.
