Cierra Johnson is a dedicated compliance officer with experience in various roles within administrative and customer service settings. Currently employed at Sandoval & James since February 2021, Cierra has a solid foundation in compliance matters. Previous roles include receptionist positions at Leander Chiropractic Center and Backbone Wellness Center, where responsibilities included insurance billing, appointment scheduling, and HIPAA compliance. Cierra also has experience in the service industry as a server at Southerns Pizza and Sports Pub, and demonstrated childcare leadership as an assistant coach at High Hopes Sports and Afterschool.
