Njambi Maina is an experienced professional in people operations and data science, currently serving as a People Operations Associate at Sand Technologies since September 2021, after advancing through roles including People Experience & Operations Analyst and People Operations Fellow. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Room as a People Experience Fellow, and a Data Science Intern position at ALX, where Njambi focused on data management and process improvement. Additionally, Njambi contributed as a Junior ML Engineer at Omdena, collaborating on AI solutions with a diverse international team. Leadership experience includes serving as the Lead in People Management for the Young African Think'rs Kenya Chapter, an initiative fostering critical thinking among youth. Njambi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nairobi and completed a Data Science Launchpad Program at Africa Leadership in 2019.
