Megan Sexton Lum currently serves as the VP of People at Immersive Labs since October 2022. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at Quantcast from March 2016 to October 2022, including Head of HR for EMEA and APAC, where leadership in global Talent Development was demonstrated through the design and delivery of comprehensive employee development programs. Previous experience includes six years at Equilar, where Megan built the HR department from the ground up as Senior HR Manager and managed HR for Product and Engineering. Earlier roles at Equilar also involved client management and analysis of SEC filings. Megan's career began at Funky Door Yoga, managing front desk operations and accounting. Academically, Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
