Alvin Bongkie Arango has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2022, they joined Sanas as an Account Manager. Prior to this, they worked at TTEC for a significant period from 2008 to 2022. At TTEC, they held various roles including Senior Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Deployment and Compliance Lead, Team Leader, Senior Technical Support Associate, and Technical Support Specialist. Their early career started in 2007 at Teleperformance as a Customer Service Representative.

From 2002 to 2007, Alvin Bongkie Arango attended José Rizal University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.
