William Worthley is an experienced professional in air quality management, currently serving as an Air Quality Specialist II at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District since February 2018. Prior positions include roles such as Order Management Analyst at C.H. Robinson and Senior Account Clerk at the County of Tulare. William also has teaching experience as a Substitute Teacher with the Dinuba Joint Unified School District and previous stints in shipping and finance roles with Kingsburg Orchards and the Fresno Fighter Wing.
