Warren Ruis is an accomplished leader in supply chain management and public affairs with extensive experience at San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) and Sempra. Currently serving as Director of Supply Management at SDG&E, Warren oversees a team of 150 professionals focused on procurement, supplier diversity, and logistics, implementing transformative supply chain strategies that lead to significant savings. Previous roles include Director of Regional Public Affairs, where Warren engaged with local governments and agencies, and Director of Community Relations, managing partnerships with over 500 non-profit organizations. Warren's earlier career includes positions such as Insurance & Risk Advisory Manager at Sempra and various roles at SDG&E in public affairs and strategic sourcing. Warren holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, complemented by a Project Management certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
