Joshua Sugar is an experienced Principal Software Engineer at San Diego Gas & Electric, where responsibilities include serving as a system administrator, developer, and subject matter expert for the Cybersecurity Department's implementation of the Archer GRC/IRM Suite. Joshua has also held roles such as Network Security/Regulatory Compliance Specialist, focusing on the RSA Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance Suite, and Desktop Support Engineer, where management of Computer Asset Management System took precedence. Prior to this, Joshua worked at Palomar Neurosurgery Center as an IT Support/Executive Assistant, providing comprehensive technical support and managing the EMR system while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Joshua graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Public Law) from UC San Diego in 2007.
