David Ellis is the Manager of Information Technology Operations at San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, a position held since January 2005, overseeing the Server, Network, and Helpdesk teams. In addition to this role, David also serves as a System Support Analyst and Helpdesk Supervisor within the same organization since 2005. David holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Colman University, completed between 2002 and 2003, and a Bachelor's Degree obtained from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1989 and 1995.
