Joe Harris has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology, starting as an ICT Technician at English Martyrs Catholic School in 2015. Joe then moved to Leicester College, where they held roles including ICT Service Desk Technician, ICTS Network Engineer, and ultimately ICT Service Delivery Team Leader. In 2023, Joe joined Howmet Aerospace as an IT Site Lead Co-ordinator and later transitioned to the role of IT Site Lead & UK Fleet Manager in 2024.

Joe Harris earned a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Lincoln, where they attended from 2012 to 2015.
