Bryan Carpenter, CPA, CGMA, known as The Craft Beer CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as a Partner at LevitZacks since November 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing financial statement audits across various industries such as craft breweries and biotech. Bryan also holds the position of Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for the San Diego Public Library Foundation, actively monitoring financial performance and guiding strategic goals. A prominent figure in the CalCPA community, Bryan has held multiple leadership roles, including President Emeritus, Co-Chair of the Active Lifestyle Committee, and treasurer of the San Diego Brewers Guild. Additionally, Bryan is a co-owner of Hammocraftâ„¢ LLC and has prior experience as an Associate Auditor at KPMG. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a Professional Certificate in the Business of Craft Beer from San Diego State University.
