Kyle Gordon is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. As Co-Founder and CEO of Dillas Quesadillas since April 2013, and Owner of Dillas Quesadillas, LLC since 2012, Kyle oversees overall operations, training, accounting, payroll, marketing, branding, and team building. Prior to this, Kyle served as Managing Partner at Raising Cane's from February 2007 to May 2013, where responsibilities included managing unit-level operations, driving sales, and recruiting and training staff. Kyle holds a degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2002 and 2006.
