Lorraine Copeland is an accomplished Change and Communications Manager with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving at Samworth Brothers since May 2021, Lorraine has previously held key roles at Associated British Ports, where responsibilities included establishing a change and communications team and setting up a Super User community. At Tate & Lyle, Lorraine managed change and communications initiatives over several years. Additional experience includes managing communication strategies and stakeholder engagement at Serco and Transpower, where Lorraine was instrumental in implementing key change projects and fostering security culture. Lorraine's career also includes communication roles at AXA UK, Equant, and Deloitte, demonstrating a strong background in change management and effective communication strategies. Lorraine graduated with a BA Hons in Design Management from De Montfort University in 1998.
