Kelly Schirm has extensive experience in the culinary and retail management sectors, currently serving as Club Manager at Sam's Club since May 2017, with previous roles including Co-Manager, Fresh Assistant Manager, Merch Compliance Manager, and Bakery Team Lead. Prior to this, Kelly was the Cafe Manager at Rollin' Oats Market & Cafe, overseeing menu creation and recipe development. Additional experience includes positions as Chef at Malibu Hills Treatment and Passages Ventura, as well as Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Kelly also held roles as Executive Pastry Chef at Esther's Cupcakes and Pastry Prep Manager at Grand Lux Cafe. Education was completed at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, earning an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
